Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Cadence reports and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. One-off reports
If a Cadence Report did not earn its keep, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, one-off report purchases are non-refundable, as the report has been delivered in full.
2. Subscriptions (All markets)
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period once it has started, except where required by law. A renewal charged in error, or a charge you dispute within 14 days of a renewal, will be refunded.
3. Enterprise
Enterprise engagements are governed by their separate service agreement, which sets out its own refund and cancellation terms and prevails over this policy where it differs.
4. What you keep
Access to an edition you bought does not expire: a one-off report remains available in your account after the refund window closes. Refunds, where granted, revoke access to the purchased report or subscription.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@knowwhatsloved.com from the address you purchased with, or use the contact form. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
6. Changes
We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. For the full commercial terms, see our Terms of Sale & Service.
